How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your TurboDeal account, send an email to hello@superkauf.cz from the email address linked to your account,
or include your username and enough information to identify the account. Use the subject line TurboDeal account deletion request.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of personal data associated with your TurboDeal account, email hello@superkauf.cz and specify which data or account should be
deleted.
What will be deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your TurboDeal account and user data
associated with that account, including profile details and user-generated content, unless retention
is required by law, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests for TurboDeal within 30 days.
