3.1. SuperKauf collects user email and profile picture during the login process.
3.2. User-uploaded images are stored securely in our database.
4. Use of API and Backend
4.1. SuperKauf uses its API and Supabase as a backend to provide app functionalities.
4.2. Any misuse or unauthorized access to the API is strictly prohibited.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1. Users may upload images to the App's database.
5.2. By uploading content, you grant SuperKauf the right to use, modify, and display the content
within the App.
6. Privacy and Security
6.1. SuperKauf is committed to protecting user privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details
on how your data is collected, used, and stored.
6.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty
9.1. SuperKauf is provided "as is" without any warranty. The use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Auto moderation
10.1. SuperKauf has hired a squad of monkeys as so called "auto-moderators". They may occasionally,
and at random, delete any user generated content. But we can't be upset about them. They are just
monkeys after all.
